Assist IT Manager on troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system.
Provide orientation to new users of existing technologies.
Assist IT Manager on control the computer system budgets and expenditure.
Assist IT Manager on setup and support for CCTV system for admin department.
Assist IT Manager to ensure all IT hardware are dismantled and secured prior to authorize disposal.
Prepares technical reports by collecting, analysing, summarizing information and trends to identify potential issues or requirement for improvement or upgrade.
Perform other related duties as required during working hours.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
Sound understanding of computer systems (software/hardware), networks etc.
Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma in information technology or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
