Role Purpose: The Sales & Application Engineer (SAE) is responsible for identifying and capturing new business opportunities through strategic market development and partner engagement. Adopting a consultative solution-selling approach, you will build enduring customer relationships, establish key reference sites, and take full ownership of achieving defined sales targets.

A. Your Foundation
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Alternative Path: We value real-world expertise. If you have a solid track record in Industrial IT or Automation through industry experience and specialized training, we want to hear from you.
B. Communication & Connection
- Multilingual Impact: Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential. Our ecosystem is diverse, and connecting across languages is key to our collaborative success.
- The Personal Touch: Proficiency in local dialects is a definite plus—it helps in building the deep-rooted, "boots-on-the-ground" relationships our clients value.
C. Your Journey So Far
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in Technical Sales, Application Engineering, or technical training within an industrial environment.
- Industry Insight (+):c Prior exposure to Industrial System Integration, Factory Automation, or the Transportation sectors is highly advantageous.

- A Master Communicator: You can translate complex technical "shop talk" into clear, actionable solutions—whether over a call, an email, or a face-to-face coffee.
