Drive continuous improvement to reduce cost, cycle time, and failure rates.
Responsible for pre-acceptance and release machines incl. support in setup, fine tuning, sustaining and maintenance.
Mechanical, electrical alignment of the equipment according to supplier specification
First contact person regarding appointments with equipment suppliers and regarding questions of the equipment suppliers. Monitoring of due dates. Technical discussions with supplier, engineering.
Develop measures to reduce failures, to improve quality and output and to reduce costs together with the engineering
Support improvement activities: Actively cooperate in improvement projects, bring in suggestions to improve production KPIs, like CT/ Output, Yield/OEE, Budget/Cost, reduce failures (MTBF, MTTR, down times) and improve quality
Support and train Operators/Technician (as per Work Instruction) and execution of maintenance activities.
