Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers through various communication channels.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Accurately update and maintain customer information in the company system.
- Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.
Working Hours:
Shift-based schedule
- Working hours Mon: Fri is 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
- Two off days on weekdays (rotational basis).
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification or above.
- Good customer service mindset with a passion for serving customers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to interact confidently with customers from all levels.
- Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia effectively.
- Computer literate and able to operate computer systems efficiently.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service and achieving customer satisfaction.
