Job Description:
- Ability & Independent In Pre and Post QS Operations
- ( Tendering, Cost Estimation, Progress Claim, Claim Evaluation, Meeting And Etc )
- Prepare and review tender document, quotation, bill of quantities, letter of award and contract.
- Prepare and review project progress claims and sub-contractor progress claim.
- Responsible in taking off quantity
Job Requirements:
- Required skill (s) : AutoCad / Cubicost
- Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Good co-ordination, liaison, negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results oriented with high level of integrity and professionalism.
