Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Manage existing customer accounts and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Understand customers' production processes and recommend suitable automation solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and application engineers to deliver complete solutions.
- Provide basic technical support before and after sales.
- Visit customer sites throughout Malaysia.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronic Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Mechanical Engineering
- Automation Engineering
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- 2–5 years of industrial automation sales experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of one or more of the following is preferred:
- PLC
- HMI
- Sensors
- Vision systems
- Industrial networking
- Load cells
- Process instrumentation
- Industry 4.0 / IIoT
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to travel.
- Possess a valid driving licence.
