Job description:

  • Handle daily administrative and documentation activities at the project site.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update project documents, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Record workers' attendance, overtime, and leave records.
  • Assist in preparing Daily Site Reports, progress reports, and other project documentation.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing site documents.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the project team on administrative matters.
  • Assist in arranging site meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Ensure proper control and filing of project documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work at project sites.
