Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in freight forwarding, logistics, custom agent, or other similar industry.
Candidate that have strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Possess good problem solving soft skill and initiative in work.
Willing to travel & meet customers/suppliers.
Tasks & Responsibilities :
Build, maintain & strengthen relations with existing / potential customers.
Coordinate and monitor shipment activities, ensuring timely updates are provided to customers regarding shipment status.
Handle shipping documents such as BL/AWB.
Promote the Company's Logistics Services and solutions to enhance business growth opportunities.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, hauliers, forwarding agents, shipping lines etc to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
