Job Responsibilities
- Safely transport company directors, staff, or goods to assigned destinations.
- Drive company vehicles in accordance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Plan routes to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained.
- Monitor fuel levels, servicing schedules, road tax, insurance, and vehicle maintenance.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
- Deliver documents, parcels, and other company items as instructed.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
- Be available to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when necessary.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Malaysian citizen.
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D for Personal Driver; GDL licence is an added advantage or required for Lorry Driver).
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
- Good knowledge of roads within Klang Valley and surrounding areas.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic offences.
- Responsible, punctual, honest, and disciplined.
- Good attitude, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work flexible hours and travel outstation when required.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an advantage.
