Responsibilities :

Lead and oversee daily construction activities across project sites.
Manage Site Supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and productivity.
Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Prepare site progress reports and ensure timely project completion.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 8 -10 years of construction experience with a Main Contractor.
Exposure to residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Proven track record in managing steel structures and building works.
Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site safety.
Leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience in high-rise, landed residential, commercial, or public sector projects is an added advantage
