Design Development: Create 2D/3D models and detailed drawings using CAD software ,Ansys Spaceclaims.
Collaborate with Engineers: Work closely with RND Engineers to develop prototypes, products, and systems that meet specifications and industry standards.
Prototyping and Testing: Assist in creating and testing prototypes to evaluate design functionality, making adjustments as necessary.
Documentation: Produce detailed documentation for designs, including material specifications, assembly instructions, and operational guides.
Problem-Solving: Analyze mechanical failures or inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve design.
Compliance: Ensure that all designs meet manufacturing standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
Cost Estimation: Assist in estimating material costs and production times based on the design specifications.
Material Selection: Recommend appropriate materials based on the design requirements and budget constraints.
Work closely with Designers, Engineers, Sales, Marketing and Technical person and fabricators, people related to understand and envision and make the final output.
Required Skills:
CAD Proficiency: Expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
Mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on intricate details while maintaining the overall design functionality.
