Key Responsibilities
- Lead in trouble shooting, servicing and maintaining of tooling to meet part quality requirements
- Carrying out tooling servicing and assembly jobs according to schedule
- Testing of tooling and doing adjustment necessary to bring the tooling to an operational status (that is able to manufacture part to specifications)
- Generating of tooling test and servicing report
- Participating in technical discussion if required
- Provide technical support to production department
- Provide guidance to tooling technician in technical areas
- Conduct housekeeping of work station
- Observe safety rules and regulations
- To comply with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conducts, ISO9001:2015 QMS, ISO14001:2015 EMS & IATF16949:2016 AQMS.
Qualification
- NTC 2 in Precision Machining / Tool & Die Making
Training competency
- Rba Awareness
Skill
- Competent in tool troubleshooting or debugging
- Ability to operate punch press machine and do tool set-up
Experience
- Minimum 3 years working experience as a Toolmaker in a metal stamping company
