What You’ll Be Doing
- Backend & Application Development
- Design and develop scalable applications using Java and Spring frameworks
- Build and maintain microservices and REST APIs
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices
- Cloud & Platform Engineering
- Develop applications deployed on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Work with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of systems
- Security & Policy Platform Development
- Contribute to policy-driven access control platforms (XACML-based)
- Implement backend services supporting secure data access and policy enforcement
- Build systems aligned with Zero Trust architecture principles
- Collaboration
- Work in Agile Scrum teams with global engineers
- Collaborate with product and services teams to deliver high-quality solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Must-Have
- 3–4 years (Mid) / 8–10 years (Senior) Java development experience
- Strong experience with:
- Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC
- REST API development
- Good understanding of:
- Software architecture
- Design patterns and best practices
- Nice-to-Have
- Experience with:
- Hibernate, Maven / Gradle
- Relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Exposure to:
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with policy-based access control systems (e.g., XACML)
