We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining an efficient warehouse operation.

💼 Role: Warehouse Assistant
Duties & Responsibilities Inventory & Material Handling - Move inventory and materials between facilities, workstations, and designated pick-up points.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory and materials in assigned locations efficiently.
- Arrange and manage small items and accessories within designated storage areas.
Order Processing & Packaging - Process incoming and outgoing inventory for delivery and dispatch.
- Package items securely and ensure accurate labeling before shipment.
Technical Assembly - Assemble technical racks such as EzRack, Smart Rack, Wall Mount Casing, and related systems using appropriate tools and equipment.
Documentation & Quality Control - Maintain accurate stock in/out records and update inventory logs accordingly.
- Inspect inventory condition and report damaged or missing items to supervisors immediately.
Safety & Teamwork - Wear safety shoes at all times and comply strictly with all workplace health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily warehouse operational goals.
Requirements & Qualifications Education & Experience - Minimum Certificate, High School qualification, or equivalent.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in an assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills - Hands-on experience with rack assembly systems such as EzRack, Smart Rack, and Wall Mount Casings.
- Familiar with manual tools and specialized assembly equipment.
- Basic understanding of stock in/out procedures and inventory management processes.
Physical Requirements - Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor-intensive work.
- Able to stand, walk, squat, climb, and move throughout the work shift.
- Capable of lifting items weighing up to 20kg or more.
Core Competencies - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Compliance & Additional Requirements - Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift operating experience is highly preferred; a valid Forklift License is an added advantage.
