Job Description
We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of system architecture, cloud technologies, and network management, ensuring the reliability and security of our systems.
Requirements
Role and Responsibilities
- System Management: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and servers.
- Monitoring & Performance Tuning: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system resources.
- Security Management: Implement and manage security measures to protect systems and data.
- Backup & Recovery: Develop and manage backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.
- User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, assisting with hardware and software issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support various IT projects and initiatives.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
Diploma, Graduation, Engineering and Post Graduation (BSc, BCA, MSc, MCA, BE and MTech in Computer/Information Science)
Must Have Skills
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration.
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
