Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce System Administrator based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility to work remotely when necessary. The role involves managing Salesforce system administration, providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The administrator will oversee user access, configure features, and ensure the system aligns with business requirements and objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce System Administration and proficiency in managing users, roles, and permissions
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
  • Proficiency in Network Administration and managing IT infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of Information Technology fundamentals and principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve system-related issues effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred
