Key Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for both pre- and post-contract administration, utilizing the FIDIC contract suite.
Manage procurement of high-value Long Lead Equipment (LLE).
Evaluate and negotiate complex contract variations.
Resolve contractor Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
Safeguard client cash flows through diligent final account closeouts.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in construction contract management.
At least 3 years’ experience working on high-complexity infrastructure or data center projects.
Mastery of FIDIC contract conditions.
Strong cost procurement skills.
Understanding of mission-critical engineering systems.
