About Themis Intelligence
Themis Intelligence is at the forefront of redefining utility operations through innovative software solutions. Our platforms, including the Utility Knowledge Base (UKB) and Human-Guided Intelligence (HGI), transform complex operational data into actionable insights, enabling utility professionals to make high-confidence decisions swiftly and accurately. We focus on building reliable, observable, and secure systems that empower grid operators and engineers to operate with precision in critical environments. Our commitment to real-world performance ensures that every product we develop meets the highest standards of reliability and security, supporting the evolving needs of the energy and utility sectors.
About The Role
We are seeking a talented Frontend Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing sophisticated, agent-driven user interfaces that facilitate modern utility operations. Your work will involve creating intelligent, data-rich applications where AI systems and human operators interact seamlessly through structured outputs, real-time data streams, and geospatial visualizations. You will collaborate closely with backend and machine learning engineers to translate complex model outputs, workflows, and orchestration states into intuitive and high-performance user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on responsiveness, resilience, and the ability to visualize complex operational data in real time, supporting critical decision-making processes in the utility domain.
Key responsibilities include implementing advanced user interfaces, contributing to UI/UX design, building real-time dashboards, developing interactive map-based visualizations, and ensuring seamless integration of structured data into UI components. You will also optimize frontend performance, participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD workflows, and contribute to reusable component libraries and design systems for scalable development. Moving quickly but deliberately, you will prioritize clarity, usability, and system reliability to deliver impactful solutions that meet operational needs.
