Monitor and analyze cost expenditures and purchases.
Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures.
Prepare cost forecasts, budgets, and variance reports.
Have background in Inventory and Audits
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Purchasing, Operations, F&B) to ensure cost control standards are followed.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
Support monthly financial closing and inventory processes.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and cost control techniques
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in hospitality or a similar industry is often preferred
