DevOps Engineer

As our new DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering Cloud Platform Management (CPM) services to customers, helping improve deployment automation, reliability, and time‑to‑market. Working closely with internal teams and customers, you will contribute to cloud operations, DevOps practices, and ongoing service optimisation across modern cloud environments.

Key responsibilities will include

• Support the delivery and execution of cloud and DevOps projects across customer environments
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and overall service performance
• Contribute to service innovation by proposing new features, enhancements, and operational improvements
• Operate within change management processes to ensure stability and compliance across environments
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to maintain strong relationships and high service standards

• Experience managing cloud environments across AWS and/or Azure platforms
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
• Strong understanding of backend technologies and cloud-based systems
• Ability to deliver reliable technical solutions with a strong customer focus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership, prioritise work effectively, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
