About The Job
- Formulate counselling policies aligned with global best practices while managing confidential, audit-ready case records and institutional trend reports.
- Deliver individual and group therapeutic interventions for complex cases while coordinating academic adjustments for students.
- Anchor the university's emergency response frameworks, commanding risk assessments, case escalations, and coordination with external medical services.
- Architect an annual calendar of psychoeducational workshops for a diverse student body while mentoring and supervising junior counselling staff.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a strictly equivalent discipline.
- Active status as a Registered Counsellor with the relevant national professional board or licensing body.
- A Postgraduate qualification (Master's degree) or advanced specialist certification in clinical counselling/psychotherapy is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in crisis management, cross-departmental collaboration, and supervision.
