Job Description
Conduct and evaluate process data determinations as part of time studies
Optimize production & process efficiency
Creation and perform line balances.
To perform manpower calculation.
Monitoring & optimize of production process (Calculation of capacity, staff, equipment, space, etc.).
Analyzing and optimizing motion sequences and workflows in the production area.
Showing of potentials for improvements and forwarding it to the responsible department.
Creation of ramp-up curve for production launch.
Cooperate in problem solving and improvement activities.
Support in updating the FMEA & PLP
To support in wire robbing activity.
To create new / optimize the process flow & visiual aids.
Communicate with CKD plant, IS CKD team & expert related with IS topic.
To update & analysis monthly IS KPI.
