We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, AWS, and AWS Lambda, along with proven experience leading development teams and delivering scalable enterprise applications.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE
Expertise in Spring Framework and Spring Boot
Experience with AWS Cloud Services
Strong knowledge of AWS Lambda and serverless architecture
Experience designing and developing microservices-based applications
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Design and implement scalable cloud-based solutions using AWS.
