ICT Project Officer // 12 month contract

ICT Project Officer to support the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of ICT projects and digital initiatives within a dynamic and community-focused organisation.

About The Role
A key focus of this role includes supporting and delivering
website and digital platform projects, along with
content management implementation initiatives and broader ICT transformation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the delivery of ICT projects and initiatives across software, infrastructure and digital platforms
- Lead project coordination activities across planning, delivery and implementation phases
- Apply consistent project management methodologies, tools and governance frameworks
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, reports and dashboards
- Monitor project budgets, risks, issues and project performance
Essential Skills And Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, Change Management or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in ICT project management, including stakeholder negotiations and conflict resolution
- Proven experience delivering website development and digital platform projects (must)
- Experience managing or supporting content management system (CMS) implementation projects
- Experience delivering software and ICT infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and governance frameworks
