Role overview:
Seeking a highly skilled Senior SQL Developer to design, optimize, and manage large-scale data systems handling millions of daily transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
· Perform query performance tuning and optimization
· Design scalable data models for analytics and reporting
· Support both real-time and batch data processing
· Work closely with Data Engineering and BI teams
· Implement data archiving and purging strategies
Education:
· Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT / Data Science / Software Engineering
Technical Skills:
· Advanced SQL expertise
· Strong experience with large-scale transactional databases
· Hands-on experience with ClickHouse (highly preferred / near-mandatory)
· Experience supporting BI tools (Apache Superset preferred)
· Query optimization and indexing strategies
· Strong debugging and optimization skills
· Experience with:
o Data partitioning
o High-volume data environments
o ETL pipelines
