The Role
- Responsible for the full journey of modern Power BI dashboards, from idea to go-live.
- Deep dive into business areas, capture requirements, define KPIs, and moderate workshops.
- Design and maintain robust, semantic data models (e.g., Star Schema, KPI Layer).
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security (e.g., RLS/OLS, Sensitivity Labels, documentation).
- Identify connections and growth potential in marketing, sales, and market data, developing BI strategies.
What You'll Need
- Master's degree in Data Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
- 4-5 years of experience in Power BI frontend solutions in B2B/enterprise environments.
- Excellent proficiency in DAX, Power Query M, and semantic data modeling (Star Schema, dimensions/facts).
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, consulting, and requirements engineering.
- Structured, precise, and responsible work style with strong communication skills.
- High willingness to learn, tech-savvy (especially in Microsoft Fabric), and fluent in German and English (C1).
