Job Description

Responsible to identify gaps and propose solutions for improvements
Conduct collection of data to facilitate analysis to ensure root causes are identified and sustainable
Support the implementation of measurements and reporting systems to track efficiencies
Work closely with operation team to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met
Responsible in cost reduction initiative
Work closely with Data Analyst team on churning the data for analysis
Provide input and recommendations and implement for continuous improvement in processes and overall improvement initiatives
To improve process efficiency, manage an end-to-end process excellence initiative (Time, Cost, Customer experience)
Key focal point for all project related communication with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (eg. Business, Engineering, Supply Chain)
Strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details and adaptable to changes
Excellent project & time management skills and ability to work with multi-disciplined team
