We are looking for a
Senior DevOps Engineer to support the development of a new
CRM and Communication Platform within the
banking industry. The role focuses on building and maintaining
CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and ensuring the reliability of customer-facing systems. You will work closely with platform teams and stakeholders, support production environments, and contribute to
DevOps best practices. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with
AWS,
Infrastructure as Code, and regulated, production-grade environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation workflows
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and Terragrunt
- Support and monitor production environments, ensuring high reliability and performance
- Handle incident management and lead root cause analysis for production issues
- Collaborate closely with platform teams and stakeholders across the organization
- Contribute to and enforce DevOps best practices and standards
Must-Have Requirements:
- Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
- Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Solid AWS expertise and experience with IaaS cloud environments
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Terragrunt
- Proven troubleshooting skills in production environments
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis
- Ability to work independently in regulated environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English, spoken and written
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Kubernetes and observability tooling
- Experience with Amazon Connect
- Background with CRM or Contact Center platforms, e.g., Salesforce
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers
