Job Summary (List Format)

Lead and implement Workfusion SPA solutions (version 10.x) for automation projects.
Work on automation platforms such as UiPath or Power Automate as needed.
Gather requirements from product owners and translate them into detailed documentation.
Architect and design complex automation solutions, providing technical leadership across multiple streams.
Develop, test, and optimize automated workflows and solutions using Workfusion SPA.
Provide accurate estimations for new automation initiatives, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Perform code reviews and enforce best practices in automation development.
Support testing efforts by assisting teams in building and executing test cases.
Coordinate with various teams (upstream, downstream, and support) for smooth production deployments.
Offer post-production support for deployed automation solutions.
Utilize technical skills in WorkFusion, RPA principles, Git, cloud platforms, and optionally Java/J2EE and Selenium.
Apply knowledge of AI, machine learning, data analysis, workflow design, and basic Unix/Linux operations.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills to solve problems and optimize processes.
Analyze business processes to identify and develop automation opportunities.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Collaborate within a team, managing multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
Understand business operations and industry regulations to align automation solutions with compliance standards.
