Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to support business intelligence, analytics, and operational needs.
Build and optimize data solutions using Databricks and modern cloud-based data platforms.
Develop and manage data ingestion workflows from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver reliable data solutions.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout the data lifecycle.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Work with both cloud-based and on-premises data environments to support data integration and migration initiatives cloud-based and on-premises
Implement best practices in data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation of data engineering solutions.
Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives related to data infrastructure and processing workflows
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
2.5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a related data-focused role.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines in production environments.
Experience working with Databricks for data processing and analytics workloads.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, with Azure experience being highly preferred.\
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational and non-relational databases.SQL and experience working with relational
Experience with data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and large-scale data processing.
Knowledge of programming languages commonly used in data engineering, such as Python, PySpark, or Scala.
Understanding of data integration, data transformation, and data quality best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Experience with CI/CD practices, version control systems, and Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
