About The Role
We are seeking passionate and experienced Senior Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic technology team at FCC. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, APIs, and cloud-based solutions that underpin FCC’s internal platforms, lending systems, and developer tools. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and leadership capabilities. Relevant educational credentials include a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, complemented by practical experience in software development.
Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript is essential. Candidates should demonstrate experience in building scalable applications, APIs, and automation processes using frameworks like Spring Boot, Angular, React, and related tools. A solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL and SQL, is required. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines, will be advantageous. Experience working within Agile teams and providing informal technical leadership is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions, including applications, APIs, and integrations.
- Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and maintainable technical components that support business and operational needs.
- Develop back-end services using modern frameworks and tools, ensuring performance and security standards are met.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to defining technical approaches for new features and system enhancements.
- Conduct code reviews, promote development best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, implement fixes, and support testing and deployment activities.
- Collaborate effectively with product owners, analysts, architects, and stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver solutions that meet user requirements.
- Support cloud-native development, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD pipeline integration to streamline deployment processes.
- Mentor junior team members and provide informal leadership to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure solutions align with organizational standards, security protocols, and industry best practices.
