The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to develop and execute effective hiring strategies. Working closely with SG Consultants, this role is responsible for attracting, engaging, and securing top talent to support the clients' growth and workforce objectives.
📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Bintang
⏰ Work Mode: Hybrid
What You'll Do:
🎯 Identify and attract top talent using a variety of recruitment methods.
🤝 Collaborate with consultants to understand staffing needs
📝 Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates
📊 Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
🔍 Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs
💬 Provide guidance on best practices in recruitment
What We're Looking For:
✅ Any Bachelor's degree
✅ Candidates with HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
