Job Requirement

  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical)
  • Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
  • Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written

PPC Executive plays a role in ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. They coordinate and manage production schedules, inventory, and resources to meet delivery deadlines while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

  • Strong Knowledge in store operation, inventory control, and material handling procedures.
  • Experience in accessories/hardware/steel furniture components management is an added advantage.
  • Ability to monitor stock movement, stock accuracy, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Familiar with GRN/MRP/AutoCount system and store documentation processes.
  • Good coordination skills with Purchasing, Production, Planning, QA, and Logistics departments.
  • Ability to manage receiving, issuing, stock arrangement, and FIFO practices effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for stock discrepancy and urgent material shortages.
  • Proficient in Ms Excel and inventory reporting. Leadership ability to supervise store assistants and ensure daily operation efficiency.
