Help us improve voice assistants.
We are looking for people who understand German and can listen carefully to conversations.
Your job is to listen to recordings of people talking with a voice assistant and separate the conversation into clear parts.
This helps train AI systems to better understand how people speak.
What you will do
- Listen to long audio recordings of conversations between a user and a voice assistant.
- Split the audio into separate interactions (each request and response).
- Make sure each segment contains a complete interaction.
- If the user repeats or follows up with the same question, keep it in the same segment.
- Flag unclear audio or fake voices.
- Follow the project rules and keep high accuracy.
Requirements
- Fluent German.
- Good listening and understanding skills.
- Ability to notice pauses, tone changes, and speaker changes.
- Able to work remotely from home.
- Able to use Centific’s online platform.
Work schedule & payment
- Minimum 4–5 hours per day.
- Payment is made monthly through OneForma, after client approval.
Communication
- Be able to communicate with project managers and QA reviewers.
- Join training sessions when needed.
Important rules
- Do not use AI tools, automation, or speech-to-text software.
- All work must be done manually by listening.
- You must complete onboarding and certification before starting work.
