We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our sales organization in Penang. This is an amazing opportunity to support our sales organization by ensuring efficient sales operations, managing customer requests, maintaining sales data integrity, and helping the sales team achieve its business objectives. The team consists of 4 and is reporting to the manager based in Penang. We have a great skill set in sales operations, customer support, and process excellence, and we would love to speak with you if you have strong experience in sales administration, customer service, data management, and cross-functional coordination.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, customer service, order management, or a related administrative role.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing customer requests, sales documentation, or order processing.
  • Experience maintaining databases, CRM systems, or sales records with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience preparing reports and analyzing sales data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

It would be great if you also had . . .

  • Experience supporting a regional or global sales organization.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including reporting, data analysis, and data validation.
  • Experience working with sales order processing and contract documentation.
  • Knowledge of sales operations best practices and process improvement methodologies.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Provide professional administrative and operational support to sellers and sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, CRM records, and sales-related documentation to ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage customer inquiries and coordinate with the appropriate sales representatives and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and data analyses to support business decision-making.
  • Process sales orders, contracts, and supporting documentation accurately and within required timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, customer service, operations, and sales to ensure smooth execution of customer requests.
  • Resolve complex customer and seller requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance sales processes and operational efficiency.
