We are looking for a
Change Management Executive to support enterprise Change Management processes by ensuring change requests are accurately validated, governed, and communicated. You will help strengthen operational integrity, minimise service risks, drive continuous process improvements, and support compliance with change management standards.
Make An Impact By
- Change Management & Governance
- Support the end-to-end Change Management process by coordinating, tracking, and validating change requests impacting enterprise services.
- Perform governance pre-checks to ensure change requests comply with established policies, approval requirements, and operational controls.
- Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities, including preparing meeting materials, validating data, tracking action items, and following up on decisions.
- Monitor compliance with Change Management processes and highlight potential risks, gaps, or non-compliance issues.
- Review pending change requests for closure and ensure timely completion of change records.
- Prepare and track Corrective Action Requests (CARs) for unsuccessful changes until resolution.
- Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Analyse operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, turnaround time, service quality, and governance.
- Standardise operational processes to improve consistency, compliance, and service level adherence.
- Support service improvement initiatives by providing process analysis and operational recommendations.
- Automation & Digital Enablement
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, system rollouts, and post-implementation activities.
- Assist in improving operational processes through workflow automation and digital solutions.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of Change Management tools, trackers, and reporting platforms.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and trackers to support governance and performance monitoring.
- Validate operational data to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with organisational governance and compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate Change Management activities and ensure smooth operational execution.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, clarify requirements, and manage expectations.
- Support discussions and workshops to facilitate alignment on operational processes and change initiatives.
Skills For Success
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, change management support, governance, or compliance-related roles within a structured or regulated environment.
- Experience supporting Change Management processes, including Change Advisory Board (CAB), Change Requests (CR), governance activities, or enterprise operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas and Power Query), operational reporting, and workflow automation concepts.
- Understanding of process mapping, SOP documentation, RACI, governance frameworks, and operational controls.
- Experience preparing operational reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Knowledge of SharePoint for document management, version control, and information governance is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple business functions.
- Familiarity with Change Management governance, operational risk management, and enterprise processes.
- Exposure to networking concepts, project coordination, Lean/Six Sigma, or ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
