Job Description:

Provide assistant to general operational ocean freight functions.
General correspondences with suppliers, agents, and other inter-department for ocean freight movements.
Monitor and coordinate export & import ocean freight movements.
Prepare documentations for customer.
Coordinate supplier invoices.
Maintain records and filing as per ISO requirements and standards.
Respond to internal enquiries and complaints and coordinate with other department on ocean freight needs.
Liaising with supplier – shipping line, agent, warehouse, and transporter for ocean freight movements.
Monitor internal data & system compliance.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or any related field.
Knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping operations is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
