About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead the operational execution of our EcoStruxure IT Deployment Services business across the region.
This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of software deployment, consulting, integration, and lifecycle services supporting EcoStruxure IT, Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), monitoring, and digital infrastructure solutions.
The Regional Manager owns regional operational performance, resource planning,
revenue growth, delivery excellence, and customer success while leading a team of technical consultants and solution experts. Success in this role requires strong leadership,
financial accountability, customer engagement, and the ability to develop a high-performing team capable of delivering exceptional outcomes for customers. Working closely with Sales, Offer Management, Global Delivery, Product Teams, and Partners, you will help drive adoption of EcoStruxure IT solutions while ensuring efficient and scalable service execution.
What will you do?
Regional Leadership
- Own regional services delivery performance, margins, profitability and operational execution.
- Drive resource planning, utilization, forecasting, and workforce capacity management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
- Manage operational KPIs such as backlog health, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Lead resolution of delivery escalations and complex customer situations.
- Continuously improve delivery processes, methodologies, and operational efficiency.
Customer and Business Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with strategic customers and stakeholders.
- Support sales organizations with technical and operational expertise during customer engagements.
- Identify opportunities to expand software adoption, lifecycle services, and recurring service offerings.
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Contribute to regional business planning and growth initiatives.
People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical consultants, deployment specialists, and software experts.
- Support career development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
- Ensure the team maintains strong technical expertise in EcoStruxure IT and related technologies.
- Recruit and onboard new talent to support business growth.
