About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, effective governance, and successful execution. You will work closely with clients, delivery teams, and executive leadership to drive program success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects within a strategic program.
- Develop program roadmaps, implementation plans, and delivery strategies.
- Coordinate project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor program performance, budgets, schedules, and resource utilization.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent project governance and reporting across all initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership and client stakeholders.
- Drive organizational change and support business transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing large-scale programs or portfolios.
- Strong background in project management methodologies and governance.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience delivering enterprise technology or consulting programs.
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are an advantage.
- Experience supporting international or US-based clients is preferred.
