Position Overview:

As a Copywriter, you’ll create sharp, engaging content across marketing and advertising projects. This role is driven by ideas—from concepting and storytelling to crafting messages that connect with audiences and bring campaigns to life.


Beyond execution, this role is deeply rooted in ideas. We’re looking for someone who is concept-driven, with ideation at the heart of their approach, and who can develop strong, omni-channel creative solutions. You’ll contribute beyond design—helping to shape ideas, narratives, and the overall creative direction of campaigns, collaborating closely with the wider creative team to bring bold thinking to life.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Development: Work together with creative teams to produce original concepts and ideas that satisfy client demands and project goals.
  • Content Creation: Compose captivating and excellent copy for a variety of marketing materials, such as taglines, scripts, blog posts, social media content, and website copy.
  • Message Clarity: Write messages that are succinct and easy to understand, convey the intended brand or product attributes, and elicit the desired response from the audience.
  • Tone and Style: To ensure consistency across all communication channels, modify your writing style and tone to conform to your client's branding and messaging guidelines.
  • Slogans and Headlines: Create memorable headlines and slogans that draw readers in, convey important ideas, and make an impression.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their copy needs, make imaginative suggestions, and deliver written concepts while persuasively articulating the value of the recommended copy.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Revise grammar, spelling, and overall quality by continually editing both your own and your colleagues' work.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure every piece of writing meets the strictest requirements for originality, messaging, and brand coherence.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in copywriting
  • Demonstrate copywriting expertise and a portfolio featuring a range of writing assignments from various media and industries.
  • Outstanding writing abilities, including a solid command of syntax, grammar, and effective communication.
  • The capacity for original thought as well as the production of novel ideas and messages.
  • Good presentation and communication abilities, particularly when talking with team members about copy concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail combined with a talent for writing that is compelling and convincing.
  • The capacity to meet deadlines and exercise effective time management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and interacting with clients.
  • An avid learner who is interested in innovative writing styles and business trends.
