About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform & AI Developer to join our dynamic team at Involved Solutions. This role is pivotal in supporting our clients' digital transformation initiatives by developing scalable, intelligent solutions that embed automation and AI into core business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies, with the ability to design, develop, and deploy applications and automation workflows that enhance operational efficiency and data quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects within a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions that meet business needs.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess a solid foundation in Microsoft Power Platform and AI development. Relevant qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or AI certifications. Proven experience in developing applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse is essential. Additionally, familiarity with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python will be advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate a good understanding of secure development practices, data governance, and compliance standards. Experience working in Agile environments and engaging with stakeholders effectively is also highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop business applications leveraging Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven apps, tailored to meet specific business requirements.
- Build and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline and enhance business processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop conversational AI solutions utilizing Copilot Studio and Power Virtual Agents to improve user engagement and support automation initiatives.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions seamlessly with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party systems via APIs and connectors.
- Create and maintain robust integration pipelines using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Service Bus to ensure reliable data flow and system interoperability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub to facilitate continuous deployment and version control.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support data integrations, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability of solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Maintain high standards of security, compliance, and data governance across all developed solutions, adhering to organizational policies and industry regulations.
