What You'll Be Doing

Developing and implementing quality control procedures and inspection plans
Conducting in-process and final product inspections to identify and address any quality issues
Analysing data and generating reports to track and monitor quality metrics
Collaborating with production teams to identify root causes of quality problems and implement corrective actions
Maintaining documentation and records to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a QC Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role within the manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of quality control principles, statistical process control, and root cause analysis
Proficiency in using quality control tools and software, such as SPC, FMEA, and Lean Six Sigma
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards
