Job Purpose

Supporting Payroll Transformation initiatives alongside day-to-day HR operations for the APAC region, including management of SNOW tickets, benefits administration, and Workday system administration.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support Payroll Transformation activities, including data validation and reconciliation, documentation management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working closely with the Payroll Implementation Lead
  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support benefits administration, including checking flexi claim
  • Perform Workday administration, including data updates and system transactions
  • Managing Employee queries via SNOW
  • Provide general HR operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day processes
  • Maintains strong controls and ensuring GDPR is adhered to

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

  • Ability to interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Experience in handling payroll service and benefits administration.
  • Good interpersonal skill and ability to communicate well both oral & written (English), in a diverse work environment.
  • Demonstrable problem solving & analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using HR Information system/Software and reporting application
  • Ability to handle challenging issues in a diverse and dynamic environment
  • Discipline and effective time management of organisation skill
  • Strong numeracy skill.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Min 4-5 years HR services related experience in payroll, benefits, HR policies and processes
