Involve in the strategic planning of product and channel roadmaps for consumer deposits.
Originate new deposit-related products & customer value propositions (CVPs) across both digital and traditional channels.
Build customer journeys and platforms to drive new to bank acquisitions.
Lead the end-to-end product and channel development lifecycle from conceptualization to approval.
Proactively manage project timelines by identifying the key dependencies and critical path to plan resource and stakeholder engagement.
Work with stakeholders to identify customer needs and map customer journeys.
Work with stakeholders to develop business cases.
Define system enhancement scopes with stakeholders.
Lead business UAT planning with proactive resource planning and stakeholder engagement.
Be the lead coordinator for project steering committees for relevant projects, where applicable.
Digital enablement and channel migration
Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of various platforms to support product usage and service migration.
Work with relevant stakeholders to commercialise and acquire new customers using existing and any new channels that introduced by the bank.
Expand product service delivery across digital channels and self-service platforms.
Compliance
Ensure timely and accurate submission of internal and external regulatory reports.
Coordinate and lead system enhancements and maintenance activities related to regulatory changes.
Identify and access operational, IT, legal and regulatory risks for new initiatives, and propose and document mitigation measures for approval prior to launch.
Support ad-hoc assignments and projects assigned by Management.
