Job Description
- Design marketing material such as posters, flyers and digital
advertisements.
- Create 3D festive decoration concepts and designs.
- Develop creative content for social media platforms with an understanding
of current digital marketing trends.
- Responsible for setup and dismantling of festive decorations, events and
activities.
- Assist in photography, videography, and video editing during mall events
and functions for social media posts and content creation.
- Assist in updating the company website content for the Mall’s and other
required properties for promotion and marketing purposes.
- Assist HODs on all marketing and promotion material for Mall’s and retail
properties.
- Available to travel for festive decor setup and coordination.
- Liaise with external contractors to coordinate decoration setup, ensuring
timely and accurate execution.
- Carry out duties and responsibilities related to Marketing & Leasing
Department as assigned by the superior.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the
superior from time to time.
Job Requirement
- Candidate should possess a Diploma in Graphic and Multimedia Design
and in any Field or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
- Good communication skills in English & Malay language for both spoken
and written.
- Knowledge in Adobe Creative - SUITE, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
& 3D Sketch Up
- Any creative and motion graphic skills will be value added advantage
such as CapCut, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Canva.
