Responsibilities 岗位职责：

Manage the delivery of server orders and provide after-sales maintenance to customers.
管理服务器订单的交付，并为客户提供售后维护。
Diagnosing and resolving various hardware, software, server, and network issues.
诊断和解决各种硬件、软件故障、服务器故障和网络故障等问题。
Collect, analyze, and resolve technical issues that customers encounter, both before and after the sale.
收集、分析和解决客户在售前和售后遇到的技术问题。
Adhere to strict work handover protocols and provide consistent and accurate information.
严格按照规范做工作交接，保证信息同步准确。
Follow the company's customer service standards and procedures and stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies.
遵循公司的客户服务标准和流程，及时了解最新的产品和技术。
Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellent customer service.
确保客户满意并维护公司卓越客户服务的声誉。

Requirements 岗位要求：

Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field required
最低学历要求拥有IT技术或相关领域的文凭/学位
Fluet in Mandarin (both spoken and written)
精通中文（口语与书写）
Proficient in Windows, with basic knowledge of Linux and databases.
对windows的应用要求比较熟悉；对Linux和数据库有一定的了解。
Familiar with server and storage products as well as network equipment installation.
熟悉服务器、存储产品以及网络设备的安装。
Understand the configuration and maintenance of network switches, routing devices and security products
理解网络交换机、路由设备和安全产品的配置和维护。
