About the Role
As an Airtable Builder at Nifty, you will be responsible for driving value for clients by designing simple and intuitive Airtable solutions that solve real problems.
- Work on large scale enterprise engagements as part of a cross-functional team
- Proactively plan and facilitate design sprints and workshops with client stakeholders
- Synthesise client requirements to reach measurable business outcomes
- Iteratively design, build, and validate Airtable solutions that solve client problems
- Manage client feedback to enhance the Airtable solution
- Support and educate clients on Airtable and how it can resolve their business needs
What's true about you
- 3+ years experience in client-facing roles, preferably in consulting or solutions design
- Expert proficiency across Airtable
- Demonstrable Airtable builds that show experience managing and completing Airtable projects from discovery to delivery
- Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders and managing stakeholder expectations
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into measurable business outcomes
- Work rights within Australia
