To assist in managing and coordination of events
To liaise with various departments on administrative and marketing initiatives as well as vendors
To assist in drafting internal and external marketing materials
To ensure that the Firm’s branding guidelines are adhered to
To design, produce and update social media content and the website
To liaise with vendors on marketing collaterals, events, etc
To assist in designing marking materials for online and in-person events
To assist in the production of the firm’s newsletter
To assist in the video production process
To perform administrative tasks

Job Requirement

Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Mass Communications
Preferably Executive specializing in PR / Media / Communications or equivalent
Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and written
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Good at designing
Able to work in dynamic environment
Good time management skill
Able to work under pressure
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
