Key Responsibilities
Lead growth initiatives and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in software integration and development projects
Structure high-value bids and tenders, influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholders
Be accountable for revenue growth, order book targets, and pipeline conversion
Manage complex tender RFP/RFQ processes and build strong relationships with key decision makers
Independently lead presentations, proposals, and quotations, and structure the CRM and sales strategy
Requirements
Possess a stellar reputation and a strong network within the GLC and Government sectors
Demonstrated experience with complex tender processes and securing new business opportunities
Work closely with the head of engineering and external partners to align on bid strategy, pricing models, and delivery timelines
Senior-level role; expected to have 15-20+ years of experience, with at least the most recent 5+ years being highly relevant
About You
Experience in new business, business development, strategic sales, or enterprise sales
Proven track record in large and complex IT and technology projects
Background may include consulting, Big 4, software integration and consulting, enterprise software or ERP sales, or specific experience with Government, GLC, Banks, Defence, Police, Telco, or national infrastructure
