Associated Equipment Division

  • Setting the service rates and SOP for Service that is aligned to the market or region.
  • Look into very service call and ensure all PSSRs quoted customers according to SOP.
  • Check on Technicians to perform their job accordingly to SOP with necessary documentations.
  • Ensure the quoted price to get the necessary approval based on LOA.
  • Review all SWIP to ensure that all proper documentations are in place and Branch Admin can clear SWIP within acceptable timeline.
  • Clear all aged SWIP and resolved legacy issues (one-off).
  • Set up SOP for warranty claim to standardize the invoice amount and ensure it is acceptable by CNHi.
  • Ensure all warranty claims to be submitted on time with the appropriate documentations.
  • Provide service reports
  • Provide warranty reports
  • Resolve disputes with customers if Regional Head could not resolve.
  • Support branches in monitoring service operations and addressing issues related to the service department.
  • Ensure the service department runs smoothly, sustains business performance, and meets monthly service revenue targets.
  • Monitor and follow up on debtor collections for service payments to ensure achievement of the debtor KPI target.
